Kids say the cutest things. Katelyn has for awhile been putting together sentences with anywhere from 4-7 words. I would say we understand probably about 95% of what she says nowadays :) It's actually fun to have conversations with her!
Today for lunch I cut up a half of banana as part of her meal. I noticed one of the pieces of banana had a brown spot on it, so I took it and cut it off. Katelyn kept asking for the piece of banana I cut off. I said, "No, that part of the banana is bad." And all by herself she said, "the banana has a boo boo." Which was true! The banana indeed did have a boo boo!
